Well-Being Curriculum

Choose a Grade

Our research based curriculum is hands-on, relevant, and engaging for students and teachers.

Our K-12 student curriculum was written by teachers, administrators, and service providers. Aligned with Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, our student curriculum helps students acquire the knowledge, skills, and dispositions for physical, social, emotional, mental, and academic well-being.

Our adult well-being curriculum helps administrators and teachers navigate compassion fatigue, increase communication and collaboration, and support resilient educators committed to the work of educating today’s students!

Our framework of well-being is based on several educational theories and reflects a synthesized approach to what we know about

  • the conditions needed for educators and students to do their best work.
  • the competencies that educators and students must acquire through multi-tiered systems of support, and
  • the culminating celebrations of educators and students thriving in any given system.
Well-being ensures that all students and educators thrive physically, socially, emotionally, mentally, and academically.©
We provide synthesized strategies that facilitate well-being through consistent reflection and practice.  Through implementation of our well-being curriculum we create more inclusive school environments, provide the needed support for students and educators, and model the research based practices we want implemented in our schools.
