Unit 4: Emotional Well-Being

This unit introduces students to the competencies associated with emotional well-being. Emotional well-being is identifying, understanding, and managing inner feelings, thoughts, and emotions. This unit also helps students understand how to create habits of happiness, adjust to change, and create resilience, perseverance, and grit.

Unit 3: Social Well-Being

This unit introduces students to skills that support social well-being. Social well-being reflects the interactions with others in which students engage in positive relationships of belonging, attachment, and connection. The skills in this unit explores the skills of communication, empathy, diversity, and collaboration.

Unit 2: Physical Well-Being

This unit introduces students the basics of taking care of our physical bodies. Wellness refers to physical health and includes active and deliberate efforts to stay healthy, self-care, staying active, and managing our sleep and stress.
